RVSOS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the RVSOS website, purchasing a membership, requesting service, or interacting with our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use RVSOS services.

2. About RVSOS

RVSOS is a membership-based RV support and technician dispatch platform that provides access to independent RV Service Specialists for repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance assistance. RVSOS is not an insurance company, towing provider, RV manufacturer, or warranty provider.

3. Membership Plans

Membership plans provide access to benefits that may include:

  • Priority dispatch
  • Phone and text support
  • Access to RV Service Specialists
  • Discounts on labor and parts
  • Emergency service access
  • Maintenance scheduling priority

Benefits vary depending on the selected membership tier. Membership services are subject to technician availability and regional coverage.

4. Household Membership Policy

Membership benefits apply only to:

  • The primary account holder, and
  • Individuals living within the same household.

Memberships may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used outside the household without written authorization from RVSOS. RVSOS reserves the right to request proof of residency or vehicle ownership.

5. Payments and Billing

Memberships may be billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. Some monthly plans may require a minimum commitment period. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation policy. Service fees, labor charges, travel fees, emergency dispatch fees, and parts costs may apply separately from membership fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. RVSOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of services
  • Non-payment
  • Harassment toward technicians or staff
  • Violation of these Terms

7. Independent Technicians

Technicians dispatched through RVSOS are independent contractors and are not employees of RVSOS. While RVSOS aims to maintain quality standards, we do not guarantee:

  • Repair outcomes
  • Parts availability
  • Completion timelines
  • Diagnostic accuracy
  • Workmanship provided by third-party technicians

Customers are responsible for approving all repair charges before work begins.

8. Emergency Service Limitations

Emergency response times are not guaranteed. Service availability depends on:

  • Technician availability
  • Location
  • Weather conditions
  • Road conditions
  • Safety considerations
  • Service demand

RVSOS reserves the right to decline unsafe or unreasonable service requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

RVSOS is not liable for:

  • Delays in service
  • Mechanical failures
  • Secondary damages
  • Missed travel plans
  • Loss of use
  • Damage caused by third-party technicians
  • Parts failures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVSOS liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable membership or service.

10. Website Use

Users may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Misuse the platform
  • Submit fraudulent claims
  • Copy RVSOS branding or website content without permission

11. Changes to Terms

RVSOS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
